Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a utility systems specialist in Singapore to manage RO, WFI and clean steam, and to support operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of critical utilities. The role also leads change controls for RO/WFI upgrades and investigates deviations and equipment failures, ensuring GMP-compliant operations.

The candidate should have a min. 4 years of relevant experience, hands-on RO and WFI knowledge, GMP exposure, and familiarity with TrackWise is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with Reverse Osmosis (RO) and WFI – Water for Injection.
• GMP experience is required; pharma/biotech/food GMP backgrounds preferred.
• Knowledge of TrackWise is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Job Scope:

• Manage critical utility systems including Reverse Osmosis (RO), WFI and clean steam
• Support operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of utility equipment
• Lead change controls for new or upgraded RO/WFI systems
• Investigate utility-related deviations and equipment failures
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Ensure utility systems remain compliant with GMP requirements

Requirements:

• Min. Degree holder
• Min. 4 years of relevant experience
• Must have hands-on experience with Reverse Osmosis (RO) and WFI – Water for Injection
• Experience with clean steam / critical utility systems preferred
• GMP experience is required – pharmaceutical, biomedical or food GMP backgrounds can be considered
• Knowledge of TrackWise and deviation investigations will be advantageous
