Job description

Your Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment

• Accurately pick goods from designated storage locations
• Label, pack, and neatly organize items in the outbound area
• Ensure timely and complete pick-and-pack of shipment for deliveries
• Hand over goods and delivery documents to drivers
• Submit completed delivery paperwork to the Customer Service team after verification

Receiving & Storage

• Acknowledge and receive incoming goods from freight forwarders or delivery personnel
• Check quantity and condition of items, and organize by lot or serial number
• Safely put away items into assigned locations within a set timeframe
• Clearly mark receipt information on documents (e.g. packing list, invoice)

Warehouse & Inventory Maintenance

• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times
• Dispose of unwanted materials in the designated area on the same day
• Regularly housekeep storage areas to maximize space and streamline access
• Conduct cycle counts based on the scheduled inventory plan

Requirements

1. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
2. Willingness to do overtime when needed
3. Good physical fitness
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing warehouse tasks
5. Able to work in non-aircon warehouse environment
