Responsibilities
  • Supports the establishment and management of strategic partnerships between healthcare and academic institutions across clinical services, education, research, innovation, and philanthropy.
  • Fostering collaboration by supporting strategy formulation, developing joint frameworks, and coordinating partnership initiatives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to manage and administer joint academic appointments, plan and execute engagement sessions, and track the effectiveness of collaborative efforts.
  • Assist as a secretariat for steering committee meetings—preparing agendas, documenting minutes, following up on action items, and monitoring progress of sub-committees and project domains.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Life Sciences, Engineering, Arts, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience; background in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, or project management preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior management and international partners.
  • A collaborative team player with strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Meticulous, resourceful, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
