Job summary

A prominent recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage operations for Talent and Next-Gen programs. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, supporting workshops, and maintaining dashboards. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of HR experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Competitive salary of up to $5,000/month is offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for Talent & Next-Gen programs.
  • Support planning of workshops and learning sessions.
  • Maintain and update databases/dashboards (Excel, Power BI).
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Create comms material using Canva and PowerPoint.
  • Manage content on internal platforms (e.g. SharePoint).
  • Liaise with country HR teams for updates.
  • Assist with budget tracking and vendor coordination.
  • Support documentation for invoicing and cross-charging.

📍 Greenwich (Transport provided from AMK, Woodlands, Kovan, Serangoon & Tampines — direct bus from YCK MRT)

💰 Up to $5,000/month |

⏰3–4 Months Contract (up to 15 Feb 2026)

✨ Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for Talent & Next-Gen programs
