Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using PL/SQL (procedures, functions, triggers, packages) and .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).
• Perform database optimization, query tuning, and ensure data integrity and security.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and QA teams to deliver system enhancements and bug fixes.
• Support application integration, data migration, and reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical/system documentation.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and organizational security policies.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a System Analyst / Developer with hands-on expertise in both Oracle PL/SQL and .NET frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in database design, SQL performance tuning, and debugging.
• Good understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
