A healthcare service provider in Singapore is looking for a dedicated individual to manage visitor interactions at the hospital lobby. Responsibilities include greeting patients, assisting with online pre-registration, and ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of kiosks and waiting areas. The ideal candidate will be friendly, attentive, and capable of managing crowd flow. A 5.5-day work week with a competitive hourly wage is offered.

đź’° Salary: $10/hour (with CPF contributions and staff benefits)
📍 Work Location: Bukit Gombak
đź•— 5.5-day work week (Monday to Saturday)
Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 6.00pm
Saturday: 8.00am – 12.30pm
Greeting and orientating visitors/patients upon arrival at the lobby.
Assisting with online pre-registration, check-in at self-help kiosks, and entry/exit gantries.
Managing crowd control and queue flow at kiosks and gantries to prevent tailgating and ensure smooth movement.
Providing wayfinding assistance to help visitors navigate the hospital premises.
Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of kiosks, gantries, and waiting area equipment.
Handling enquiries and feedback from visitors and patients in a courteous and professional manner.
Conducting regular checks of the lobby, waiting areas, and toilets to ensure cleanliness and that amenities are well-stocked and operational.
