Infineon Technologies AG in Singapore seeks an experienced M&E Operations & Maintenance engineer to manage daily O&M of M&E systems, lead preventive maintenance, and drive energy optimization.

You will oversee project coordination from design through commissioning, review drawings, and ensure safety compliance under SS, CP, SCDF, and MOM regulations. This two-year contract offers a chance to contribute to decarbonization efforts and gain exposure to cutting-edge building services.

Formación

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• 5-8 years’ experience in M&E O&M and project works in facilities, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Familiar with Singapore codes and standards: SS, CP, SCDF, MOM regulations; experience with BMS, energy management, and commissioning processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• 2-year contract with renewal option under third-party payroll, with benefits per partner company.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders to meet scope, budget, and schedule.
• Witness testing and commissioning and ensure proper documentation and handover to the O&M team.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

Operations Maintenance

• Manage daily O&M of M&E systems including chillers, AHUs, pumps, switchboards, generators, lighting, fire protection, and BMS

• Develop and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and extend asset life.

• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions for M&E faults.

• Monitor energy usage and drive initiatives for cost and energy optimization.

• Ensure compliance with SS, CP, MOM, SCDF, and other statutory codes and safety standards.

Project Management

• Manage M&E projects from design coordination through commissioning and handover.

• Review technical drawings, specifications, method statements, and submittals.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders to meet scope, budget, and schedule.

• Witness testing and commissioning and ensure proper documentation and handover to the O&M team.

Technical Supervision

• Provide guidance and mentorship to technicians.

• Review technical proposals and quotations and prepare purchase requisitions for approval.

• Enforce safety protocols, PTW, and LOTO procedures on site.

• Support audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.

• Minimum5-8 years’ experience in M&E O&M and project works, preferably in facilities, commercial, or industrial settings.

• Familiar with Singapore codes and standards: SS, CP, SCDF, MOM regulations. Experience withBMS, energy management, and commissioning processes.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• This is a 2 years contract (renewable / convertible - based on business requirements) under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to partner company
