Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced front-desk professional to manage client interactions and office administration. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, possess prior experience in a similar role, and have excellent interpersonal skills. This is a 6-month contract position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a front-desk, community, or administrative role is preferred.
  • Well presented with professional level of people engagement skills.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients, employees, and visitors.
  • Manage the reception area and handle incoming calls.
  • Source and purchase office and pantry supplies.
  • Deliver day-to-day office and administrative assistance.

☑ Basic Salary $2800 - $3500

☑ Working Location: Central Business District
☑ Monday to Friday (8.30AM – 6.00PM)

Job Scope:
  • Welcome and assist clients, employees, and visitors, delivering a professional first impression consistent with the service standards.

  • Manage the reception area, including handling incoming calls, courier services, and general front-desk enquiries, while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Source and purchase office and pantry supplies, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records of stock usage.
  • Deliver day-to-day office and administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in planning and executing internal events, meetings, and townhalls, including coordination of food, beverage, and venue requirements in line with corporate standards.
Requirement:
  • Diploma or Degree Qualification in Business Administration or Business Management or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a front-desk, community, or administrative role, preferably
  • Well presented with professional level of people to people engagement skills
