Job summary

A recruitment firm is seeking a Project Support role to assist with system migration activities in Singapore. Key responsibilities include managing data migration, supporting the Project Manager, and ensuring alignment with timelines. Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Manager on system migration activities, ensuring alignment with program timelines and milestones.
  • Participate and support core Merchant Acquiring team in the management of review and migration of data, including data analysis and interpretation.
  • Preparation of documents for data scrubbing and data entry, based on the requirements from the migration and business requirements.
  • Any other administrative tasks, that may be assigned as the project progresses.
  • Facilitate communication and coordinate with Business users.
  • Provide post-migration validation and troubleshooting activities as needed.

  • 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
Salary
  • Up to $3,000
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma Holder with relevant experience
  • Basic understanding of credit card and loans / card payments business
  • Analytical and problem‑solving mindset, attention to details with ability to multi‑task and work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
  • Good skills in documentation and knowledge management of procedures/documents.
  • Good skills in Excel with ability to create macros would be advantageous.
