Job description

Duration: 1 year contract

Working hour: 8.30am to 5.45pm (Mondays to Thursdays), 8.30am to 5.15pm (Fridays)

Location: Joo Koon / Boon Lay MRT

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners in HR operations, including recruitment, manpower planning, rewards strategies, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with Shared Services teams on timely appointment, re-appointment, promotion, and transfer of staff.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for employees.
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with HR data management.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Min. Degree and has min. 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trusted relationships with various stakeholders.
• Collaborative, strong team player who can drive optimal results.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task effectively.
