Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Training & HR Support Assistant. In this role, you will handle local training administration, maintain the Learning Management System, and assist in various HR functions. Candidates must possess a minimum diploma and relevant HR experience. This position offers a monthly salary of $2,500 – $2,800 and the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on staff development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in any field.
  • HR internship or HR experience required.
  • Comfortable with 7 days of annual leave per year.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and collate course nominations.
  • Process training applications.
  • Confirm training details with staff.
  • Raise payment requests for course fees and reimbursements.
  • Monitor course attendance and follow-up actions.
  • Track submission of training forms, certificates, and results.
  • Prepare training materials and assist with programme coordination.
  • Set up in-house training venues.
  • Assist with funding/claim applications.
  • Update training catalogue and staff training records.
  • Record learning history upon completion.
  • Generate monthly training reports and other reports as needed.

Local Training Administration
