Job description

Provide support across the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, training & development, employees’ welfare and benefits, employee engagement and expat administration.

Manage recruitment processes, including coordination with hiring managers, agency liaison, and interview logistics.

Facilitate training programs by managing schedules, registrations, materials, attendance tracking, feedback collection, and vendor invoicing.

Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities to foster a positive work culture.

Support procurement processes by raising Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for HR-related activities and services.

Deliver day‑to‑day HR support to employees, addressing queries and ensuring smooth HR service delivery.

Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.

Any other duties and projects that may be assigned from time to time.

Requisite Criteria & Skills

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent.

Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in HR generalist or equivalent.

Detailed and meticulous.

Good business acumen, able to demonstrate flexibility and ability to execute and deliver on time with quality.

Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels of employees and work as a team player.

Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, is a plus.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
