Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage procurement strategies for FPSO-related contracts, including EPC, fabrication, and installation.
  • Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and lead negotiations with contractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with contracting policies, Singapore regulations, and international standards.
  • Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, including variations, claims, and close-out.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with project teams (engineering, legal, finance) to mitigate risks and resolve contractual issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting for contract status, cost control, and risk management.
Qualifications & Experience
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

Certifications

Professional certifications in Contract Management or Project Management (e.g., PMP) are an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 10–15 years in contract engineering or procurement within the oil & gas industry.

Proven experience in FPSO projects, offshore deepwater developments, and large-scale EPC contracts.

Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and cost control.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in SAP, Primavera, or similar project management tools.

Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in multicultural, cross-functional teams.
