Job summary

A leading human resource firm in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative to manage enquiries and complaints. Candidates should have a minimum GCE O Level and at least 1 year of experience in contact centres. Strong communication and customer service skills are required. This is a 1-year contract position with a salary of up to $2,800 plus bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer’s enquiries from our digital platforms (voice and/or non-voice) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction
• Handling customer's enquiries and complaints (High consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment, etc)
• Ensure productivity and quality standards are met
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• 1 year contract

Location

• Geylang Bahru

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8am – 5.30pm or 8.30am – 6pm

Salary

• up to $2,800 + bonus

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O Level with at least 1 years of experience in contact centre handling voice and/or non-voice channels

• Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
