Job summary

Work Location: Bukit Merah

Working hour: 5 days office hour

  • Support the development and implementation of strategic partnerships with academic partners.
  • Facilitate strategy formulation, joint processes, and frameworks for collaborative programmes.
  • Coordinate and administer joint appointments for academics and healthcare professionals.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor engagement sessions between stakeholders.
  • Act as secretariat for steering committee meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, follow-ups, and progress monitoring.
Requirements
  • Min. Degree in Business Management, Life Sciences, Engineering, Arts, or related field.
  • Min. 4 years of relevant experience;
  • background in strategic partnerships, stakeholder management, or project management is advantageous.
  • Experience in doing secretariat duties
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
