Job description
Onboarding Support
  • Coordinate documentation and submission for new representatives (contracts, licensing, compliance checks, etc.).
  • Facilitate induction schedules, system access setup, and training registration.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for onboarding queries
Cessation Support
  • Assist in processing representative resignations/cessations in line with company and regulatory requirements. Collect and verify cessation documentation. Coordinate clearance of company property, accounts, and system access.
Administrative & Process Management
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates in internal systems. Liaise with internal departments (onboarding Team, AFO) to ensure smooth processes. Track and follow up on outstanding items to ensure closure within timelines. Prepare status reports and updates for management review.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Preferably with 2-3 years of administrative experiences
