DESIGNATION : Content Strategic Initiatives Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the execution of international co-productions in alignment with the company's creative and business objectives.
  • Partner with production, legal and finance teams to manage co-production agreements, budgets, compliance, and scheduling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international broadcasters, studios, platforms, and content creators.
  • Represent the company at international markets and festivals to identify and secure co-production opportunities.
  • Identify training needs across writing, directing, producing, and production roles through regular consultations and discussions with key stakeholders.
  • Design and execute high-impact development programs, including workshops, masterclasses, and mentoring initiatives.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives to continuously refine and improve programs.
  • Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, ensuring smooth project management and alignment with objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Collaborative team player who takes initiative and approaches problem-solving proactively.
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
