About the Role

We are looking for a visual storyteller to lead Home & Decor’s commercial content production arm. You will conceptualise, produce and direct video content that brings our brand partnerships and editorial content to life.

You will also work with our team to refine and grow our social media channels with strong visuals and impactful storytelling. This would extend to Home Tour video production across Instagram/Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Brainstorm, storyboard and execute commercial video shoots across residential projects, showrooms, and design spaces in Singapore
• Direct on‑camera talent, coordinate with homeowners and brand partners, and manage shoot logistics
• Produce (direct, film and edit) visually refined in‑house content, optimised for Instagram/Facebook and TikTok. Think carousels, reels and infographics
• Collaborate with editorial team to translate written features into compelling video narratives
• Occasionally produce supporting content: photography, graphics, written copy as needed

Who we are looking for

• 3–5 years’ experience producing video content (lifestyle, interiors, and previous agency/boutique production house experience preferred)
• Strong eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling in interior/architectural spaces
• Deep understanding of visual and storytelling trends across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube – what hooks viewers, and what keeps them watching
• Ability to guide talents, videographers and video editors to achieve your desired product
• Hands‑on experience with camera operation, lighting setups, and editing software (e.g. LUTS, CapCut, Premier Pro, Da Vinci)
• Portfolio demonstrating range across formats and commercial work with past clients (short‑form social, long‑form editorial, branded content)
• Ability to work independently on small shoots and manage tight production timelines within budget requirements
• Collaborative and big‑picture minded – you value teamwork and shared vision
