Job Summary
Big 3 Media seeks a Junior Content Producer to contribute to innovative video production projects by developing compelling content, managing production logistics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop compelling content ideas that align with client objectives and audience engagement
- Translate creative concepts into detailed scripts, storyboards, or shot lists to guide production processes
- Shortlist and recommend appropriate casts, locations, art, and wardrobe to support project vision and requirements
- Prepare call sheets, shooting schedules, and all necessary documentation to ensure smooth pre‑production planning
- Liaise with stakeholders to align project goals and secure timely approvals for production phases
- Operate cameras and audio/video equipment to capture high‑quality footage consistent with creative direction
- Lead and coordinate on‑location shoots, managing crew and talent to ensure efficient and effective production execution
- Troubleshoot technical issues during shoots to maintain production quality and adherence to creative vision
- Apply basic video editing knowledge to oversee and brief assigned editors, ensuring post‑production meets project standards
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage production logistics and resources effectively
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including clients and agencies, to facilitate smooth project delivery
- Oversee production budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed efficiently within allocated resources
- Handle day‑to‑day logistics such as securing location permits, booking equipment, and scheduling team activities
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge of current trends in video content and social media platforms to enhance content relevance and reach
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut to support video editing and post‑production activities
- Creative storytelling skills to produce engaging content tailored for diverse audiences
