Job Description: Content Marketing Executive, Supermom

Location: Singapore (covering Southeast Asia)

Reports to: B2C Marketing Manager

We are now seeking a Content Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll craft and manage content that strengthens Supermom's brand voice across the region in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia to drive parent engagement, and support campaigns across product, growth, partnerships, and community.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
  • Support the B2C Marketing Manager in building an integrated content strategy
  • Develop and manage the content calendar across social, WhatsApp, email, and blog
  • Align content with product launches, marketing campaigns, and community engagement activities
  • Maintain and evolve brand voice, messaging, and content guidelines to ensure consistency across channels
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Community, and Partnerships to ensure content supports business objectives
Content Production & Execution
  • Write and edit compelling copy for campaigns, social media, blog posts, newsletters, and WhatsApp broadcasts
  • Produce short-form video content (planning, shooting, and basic editing) for social and community channels
  • Collaborate with graphic designers on creative assets, stepping in to create simple visuals in Canva when needed
  • Curate and adapt user-generated content from the Supermom community to support engagement and advocacy
  • Track content performance, report insights, and recommend improvements to optimise engagement and reach
Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work with Product Marketing to craft parent-friendly feature launch content
  • Partner with the Community team to deliver engaging content for group activations and ambassador programs
  • Support the Partnerships team in producing branded content for clients
Analytics & Optimisation
  • Track performance of content across platforms, share insights, and recommend improvements
  • Experiment with formats (A/B testing visuals, copy, video length) to optimise engagement
Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree/Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related field
  • Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media
  • Strong interest in social media, content trends, and digital storytelling
  • Good copywriting and communication skills across short and long-form content
  • Basic ability to produce content (short-form videos, simple visuals in Canva)
  • Comfortable working with designers, but able to independently create simple assets when needed
  • Familiar with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp communities
  • Proactive, creative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced marketing team
