Job description

Omnicom Media is the world’s #1 media network — ranked best performing global media group by RECMA, the industry’s definitive independent benchmarking authority, earning the top position globally and across all four regions: North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

Our competitive edge is built on the industry’s most advanced technology ecosystem: Acxiom RealID™ for identity resolution, Flywheel for commerce intelligence, and Omni™ — our proprietary AI-powered marketing operating system. At Omnicom Media, we don’t just plan and buy media. We design dynamic Growth Ecosystems that help the world’s most ambitious brands grow faster and smarter.

We are a content and creative agency that connects brands to culture through ideas that earn attention — across social media, influencer partnerships, and integrated campaigns. As we grow our content capability, we are looking for a Content Executive who is equal parts curious and capable: someone who can research, write, coordinate, and contribute to the kind of work that makes brands matter to the people who follow them.

The role reports to the Content Account Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of content strategies and editorial calendars for client social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

  • Schedule and publish content across client channels, maintaining platform best practices and consistent publishing rhythms.
  • Track and compile performance metrics from social media analytics tools, contributing to campaign reports and optimisation recommendations.

Requirements

  • Basic proficiency with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics); experience with scheduling tools is a plus.
  • Organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks across concurrent accounts without dropping the ball.
  • A collaborative, proactive attitude — you take initiative, ask the right questions, and follow through on your commitments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion) is an advantage.
