Job summary

TikTok is seeking graduates for the Content Ecosystem team in Singapore to support the health and prosperity of content users and creators. The role focuses on policy development, governance and improving the balance between brand, content quality and user experience.

You will work with cross-functional partners, analyze data, test new guidelines, and help train teams to apply policies consistently as the platform scales globally.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, statistics, information management, data science or a related discipline.
• Fast learner who is self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Strong logical thinking, with a passion for exploring root causes and solving problems systematically.
• Sensitivity to global content and cultural dynamics, with genuine curiosity about content ecosystem quality.
• Language & Collaboration: Working languages are Chinese and English; coordination with Chinese partners.

Responsibilities

• Follow content ecosystem trends closely, balance platform brand, content quality, and user experience.
• Contribute to development and iteration of policy frameworks and guidelines; analyze gaps and propose optimizations.
• Monitor governance metrics, gather cross-functional feedback, and support policy improvements with data-driven input.
• Support implementation and training of ecosystem policies, collaborating to improve execution consistency.
