Key Responsibilities
Content Marketing
- Content Distribution: Own and execute a comprehensive content distribution strategy to ensure our research reaches target audiences across platforms such as X (Twitter), LinkedIn, email newsletters (EDMs), and digital advertising.
- Narrative Development: Collaborate with the Research Lead to craft compelling narratives, key messages, and thematic campaigns that increase the visibility and resonance of our research outputs.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), media outlets, and relevant projects or partners to amplify the reach of our research.
- Sales Enablement: Create targeted sales materials (including presentations, tear sheets, and one-pagers) tailored to various counterpart categories and industry audiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the BD team to determine the most effective distribution channels and content formats for client engagement and pipeline development.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the Events team and trading teams across DeFi, CeFi, RFQ, and Options to understand audience priorities and develop content strategies that deepen engagement with each segment.
Digital Marketing
- Website Management: Oversee the company’s website, ensuring that content is current, visually engaging, and aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Social Media Strategy: Manage and grow the organization’s presence on LinkedIn and X (Twitter), including content planning, posting, community engagement, and performance analytics.
- Advertising & Paid Media: Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across social platforms, SEO, and other relevant digital networks, optimizing for awareness, traffic, and conversion.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing KPIs, including engagement rates, reach, lead conversions, and campaign ROI, and use data insights to refine strategy.

- Growth in research content reach and engagement across social and owned channels
- Increased web traffic and time-on-site driven by content distribution
- Measurable improvement in lead generation or BD engagement through content assets

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or communications (B2B or research-driven organization preferred)
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a strategic mindset
- Deep understanding of complex financial and crypto derivative products
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and email marketing platforms
- Familiarity with web CMS (e.g., WordPress), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and social scheduling/advertising tools
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with research, design, and BD teams
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
