Responsibilities

• Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics.
• Create keyword-rich content and determine search terms.
• Work with Marketing on content strategy and editorial calendar.
• Proofread, edit, and optimize content.
• Create content posts for specific websites.
• Promote content on social media channels.
• Document and systematize the content creation cycle.
• Produce visual images to illustrate articles.
• Create image links and ensure they are up to date.
• Respond to blog comments and emails promptly.

Skills

Excellent written communication skills

Expert knowledge of writing for the online medium

• Work with Marketing in creating a suggested content strategy and editorial calendar
• Proofreading, editing, and content optimization
• Creating content posts for plog.com.sg, plogyearbook.com, plogcloud.com
• Promote content on social media channels
• Helping to create, document, and systematize the content creation cycle
• Produce consistent accompanying visual images to illustrate articles
• Create image links and ensure links are up to date
• Respond promptly to blog comments and email
