We’re looking for a creative and data-savvy Content Creator to join our marketing team. You’ll be responsible for producing engaging digital content and managing paid social campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
If you love crafting scroll-stopping visuals, writing clever captions, and analyzing what makes an ad perform, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage content across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns — from concept to performance tracking
- Develop short-form videos, reels, and stories that align with current trends and brand tone
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive branding
- Monitor analytics and produce performance reports with actionable insights
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage community conversations
- Stay up to date on social media trends, ad formats, and algorithm changes
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- Experience in content creation and/or paid social advertising
- Proven ability to conceptualize and execute ad creatives that convert
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads (preferred)
- Excellent command of English and a flair for storytelling
- Basic photo and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics
- Comfortable with shooting and appearing in videos
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience in influencer collaborations or UGC campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics tools
