Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, confident, and camera-friendly Content Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging digital content — including photos, videos, and live streams — to promote our brand, products, and campaigns.
You should be comfortable appearing on camera, hosting live sessions, and interacting with audiences in real time.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Production
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
Produce short videos, reels, product demos, and lifestyle content to enhance brand presence.
Write captions, scripts, and creative copy for social media posts and campaigns. - Live Streaming
Host or participate in live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee Live, Lazada Live, or Instagram Live.
Present products confidently and interact with online audiences in a friendly and professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan live stream schedules, talking points, and promotions.
Monitor live comments and feedback to improve future sessions. - Social Media & Brand Engagement
Manage and update company social media accounts with consistent branding and tone.
Brainstorm creative campaign ideas that align with marketing goals and seasonal promotions.
Support influencer collaborations and brand partnerships where needed. - Performance & Insights
Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion from social and live content.
Suggest improvements based on analytics to increase effectiveness. - Other Responsibilities
Participate in photoshoots, video production, and event coverage.
Stay updated on social media and live streaming trends.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or live commerce.
- Comfortable speaking on camera and appearing in live streams.
- Outgoing, confident, and able to engage audiences naturally.
- Skilled in content editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiar with social media trends and platform algorithms.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and contribute creative ideas.
