Job summary

LeadIn is a Singapore-based marketing agency focused on revenue. We are hiring a hands-on video shooter to join the on-site team, filming across client sites in Singapore and ensuring footage looks like a brand paid for it.

You think in shots before recording, handling framing, lighting, clean audio, and stable movement. You will edit and deliver final cuts with captions, music, basic motion graphics, and on-brand thumbnails.

Qualifications

• On-site video production experience in Singapore.
• Ability to film across multiple client sites.
• Strong framing, lighting and audio capture skills.

The Role

LeadIn is a Singapore marketing agency built around one thing: revenue. Every campaign ties to a commercial outcome. WhatsApp inquiries, webinar sign ups, showroom visits, qualified meetings. If it doesn't move the number, we don't do it.

This role is based in Singapore. You will be required to flim content and therefore have to be on-site to do so. Applicants who do not meet this criteria will be not be able to progress on to the interview stage.

Full time hybrid, based in Singapore. Allowance starts from $1,000, regardless of education level, on top of performance bonuses and travel allowances. You are our camera on the ground across multiple client accounts. Your job is to make videos people stop scrolling for.

What You Own

You shoot. That's the core of this. Production floors, filming sessions, client sites across Singapore, you're there with the camera making footage that looks like a brand paid for it.

That means you actually know your craft: framing, lighting a scene that isn't lit for you, clean audio, stable movement, coverage so the edit has options. You think in shots before you press record.

Then you finish the loop. Selects, edit, captions, music, basic motion graphics, on brand thumbnails, organised raw footage, clean final cuts.

Who You Are

You film first and film well. You can show us three videos you shot and we can see the difference between you and someone who just points a phone. Fast hands, sharp eye, hit deadlines without chasing. Bonus if you own transport and a decent camera.
