Job summary

National University Health System is seeking a motivated communications professional to join our team in Singapore. You will create clear, audience-friendly content across digital, print and internal platforms, translating health concepts into relatable stories for residents and partners.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop campaigns, ensure brand consistency, and support media and digital efforts. A strong writing background and 4+ years in communications are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing or Journalism.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Good visual sense and ability to develop visual content.
• Ability to follow and execute communication strategies and plans.
• Organised and detail-oriented with strong project coordination.
• Proactive, collaborative and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital content creation, social media and video production.
• At least 4 years of relevant communications experience.
• Experience in content creation and visual development roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, engaging content across formats (articles, newsletters, social media, speeches, presentations).
• Translate complex health concepts into relatable stories for diverse audiences.
• Craft stories highlighting programme impact, partnerships and resident outcomes.
• Create visual and multimedia content with internal teams and vendors.
• Support development and rollout of communication materials for health programmes.
• Adapt content for residents, partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Develop content for internal platforms and partner engagement; gather stories and updates.
• Draft media materials and monitor coverage; manage digital platforms and updates as needed.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables; work with designers and videographers to produce outputs.
