Job summary

No Deviation seeks a dedicated contamination control professional to support sterile product quality and GMP compliance. The role involves monitoring microbiological data, leading investigations, and driving CAPAs within a cross-functional team.

You will contribute to validation activities and trend analysis to strengthen the contamination control program. The incumbent will engage shop-floor leadership, review monitoring data, and propose improvements to uphold product quality and inspection

Qualifications

• Sterility assurance and microbiological/contamination control experience in pharma/biotech.
• Ability to review documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements for sterility and microbiological control.
• Strong communication with multiple functions and management.
• Ability to lead investigations with a cross-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead as SME for contamination control subject area and SOPs.
• Conduct risk assessments related to contamination control.
• Oversee site activities and performance for contamination control systems.
• Lead investigations, CAPA proposals, and effectiveness checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.
• Ensure presence on the shop floor to monitor practices vs SOPs.
