A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to oversee inventory operations. The role includes managing daily tasks, organizing staff rosters, and ensuring smooth operations. Candidates should have an ITE or diploma in Logistics and at least 2 years of relevant experience. This position offers a salary up to $3,500 plus bonuses, with company transportation provided.
☑ Salary: Basic UP to $2800 - $3500 + Bonus
☑ Company Transportation in Multiple Pick-up location in West Area
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the inventory department, ensuring all processes and instructions are strictly followed.
Plan and organize staff duty rosters, including lunch and weekend schedules, to ensure adequate coverage.
Maintain and update all manual and amended bookings in the system, and handle container nominations, pre-set, and pre-cooling arrangements in the absence of supervisors.
Manage container acceptance and release, as well as cash collections (DHC, overtime, detention, or demurrage charges), based on customer instructions when supervisors or coordinators are absent.
Liaise effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient inventory and container operations.
ITE or Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or Equivalent
