Job Description & Requirements:
- Manage end-to-end container haulage operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of container movements.
- Handle permit applications, approvals, and amendments through TradeNet and Portnet systems.
- Liaise with port authorities, shipping lines, and customers for container release, collection, and return.
- Monitor port booking slots and ensure timely arrangements for empty and laden containers.
- Ensure compliance with port regulations, customs requirements, and company SOPs.
- Resolve issues related to permit rejections, system delays, and documentation discrepancies.
- Coordinate closely with transport vendors and internal fleet to optimize delivery schedules.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and KPIs related to container turnaround and delays.
- Maintain accurate records of container moves, charges, and supporting documents for billing and audit.
- Respond to urgent operational issues and support after-hours container dispatches when required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Haulage, Logistics/Supply chain, container shipment, shipping, Container loading and unloading, Audit and Container tracking is advantage.
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
