Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world‑renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature‑based experiences, green public spaces and an eco‑friendly resort.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Telephone Enquiries: Answer all calls about our parks and precinct, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Email Correspondence: Reply to all enquiry emails about our parks and precinct promptly and professionally.
  • Live Chat Support: Respond to live chat tickets accurately and timely, ensuring that tickets are closed satisfactorily.
  • Form Management: Raise various forms for approval as required.
  • Approval Processing: Seek approvals for exceptional changes regarding revalidation requests.
  • Lost & Found Management: Maintain accurate bookkeeping, arrange for collection of items, and update relevant records for lost and found items.
  • Membership Support: Address all queries and issues related to memberships, including accessing the portal and booking timeslots.
  • Service Excellence: Uphold and promote the highest standards of service excellence in all guest interactions.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE N Levels or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English)
  • Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage
  • Must be able to commit 3–4 days a week, including weekends and PHs
  • Preferably able to work some evening shifts (till 8pm), and for a minimum of 6 months
