The Role: Consulting Sales Specialist
As a Consulting Sales Specialist at Trusted Hub, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption of our cutting-edge digital platforms and solutions within key industries. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing strategic sales opportunities, leveraging your expertise in consultative selling to understand client needs and position Trusted Hub as the preferred partner for digital transformation and AI integration. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, technical understanding of our solutions, and a strong focus on building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for Trusted Hub's platforms (DataVerse, KnowledgeVerse, ActionVerse, and other solutions) within target sectors.
- Consultative Selling: Engage with prospective clients to deeply understand their business challenges, existing information management practices, and digital transformation goals. Articulate how Trusted Hub's solutions can provide secure, compliant, and efficient solutions.
- Opportunity Management: Identify, qualify, and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities from lead generation to close, ensuring accurate forecasting and robust CRM hygiene.
- Solution Presentation & Demonstration: Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of Trusted Hub's platforms, tailoring the message to address specific client pain points and highlighting the legal compliance and security aspects of our offerings.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, professional services, and legal/compliance teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and solution delivery.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in information management, AI, and digital collaboration to inform sales strategies.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present tailored proposals, contracts, and negotiation strategies that align with client requirements and Trusted Hub’s business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in consultative sales, particularly in enterprise software, digital transformation, or information management solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to drive complex sales cycles, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on value-based selling.
- Strong understanding of data management, workflow automation, AI/ML concepts, and B2B collaboration platforms.
- Experience selling into industries such as insurance, healthcare, government, financial services, or other highly regulated sectors is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
