Overview

As a Sales consultant, you will be part of a team transforming the way restaurants operate. Using a consultative approach, you will prospect, build relationships, and sign up new restaurateurs. By understanding their unique needs, you will use your passion and sales expertise to help their business thrive. We welcome candidates with no experience who are dedicated to learning consultative sales and making connections with clients.

We also have roles in Consulting and Digital Marketing support with a focus on engaging restaurants and merchants, developing campaigns, and driving business impact.

Responsibilities
  • Generate a list of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from initial call to close
  • Conduct demos and develop a solution that best meets the prospect’s needs
  • Partner with teams across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery
  • Leverage Hubspot (our CRM) to manage all sales activities
  • Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Getz in the market
  • Able to perform well on social media ads and develop concepts for advertising campaigns
  • Pitch ideas to the team
  • Design and develop marketing collaterals for digital marketing campaigns
  • Support Marketing team on artwork creation, adaption, resizing, product visuals
  • Design, maintain, and supply content for merchant websites
  • Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connections with customers
  • Monitor merchants presence on social media
  • Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness
  • Communicate with merchants and align content creation with business goals
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications (Sales)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible with the ability to perform well under pressure
  • Experience canvassing and cold-calling local businesses, with evidence of success preferred
  • Interpersonal and communication skills to interact at all levels
  • Results-oriented and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills
  • Good written and oral presentation skills in multiple languages to liaise with associates
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus
  • Sales experience preferred
