Job summary

A leading medical staffing agency is seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon to join a tertiary hospital network in Singapore. This full-time role offers an excellent platform to develop subspecialty services while providing teaching and advancing service innovation. Candidates should hold an MBBS or equivalent, have specialist qualifications, and a fellowship in Foot & Ankle Surgery. The position has a salary of up to £275,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years’ post-CCT experience for Senior Consultant level.
  • Academic portfolio advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced surgical management of foot and ankle disorders.
  • Lead in both elective and trauma foot/ankle cases.
  • Mentor and train residents, fellows, and junior doctors.

About the Role

We are inviting applications from Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Surgeons to join a tertiary hospital network in Singapore. The role offers an excellent platform to build subspecialty services in elective and trauma foot/ankle surgery while contributing to teaching, service development, and multidisciplinary care.

🔍 Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver advanced surgical management of foot and ankle disorders

  • Lead in both elective and trauma foot/ankle cases

  • Collaborate with trauma, rheumatology, and rehabilitation teams

  • Mentor and train residents, fellows, and junior doctors

  • Participate in research, service innovation, and CME activities

Candidate Requirements
  • MBBS or equivalent medical degree

  • Specialist qualification in Orthopaedics (FRCS, FRACS, ABOS, or equivalent)

  • Fellowship training in Foot & Ankle Surgery

  • At least 7 years’ post-CCT experience for Senior Consultant level

  • Academic portfolio advantageous
