Overview

Responsibilities

• Service Blueprint Development: Design and refine service blueprints for new and enhanced financial services, ensuring alignment with the client’s strategic objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct workshops and meetings with key client stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and secure buy-in for proposed initiatives.

• Project Delivery: Manage and deliver project components on time, within scope, and in line with established best practices. Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless execution.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders, documenting progress and outcomes of the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications in project management or finance (e.g., PMP, CFA) is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in finance, consulting, or a related field, with a demonstrated track record in project management and service design. Experience in the defence sector or public sector consulting is highly desirable.
• Proficient in service blueprinting and process design.
• Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Competent in using project management software and tools.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and provide clear, actionable solutions.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving project environments.
• Keen attention to detail with a capability to focus on the broader strategic picture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
