Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an EPC-qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE to start immediately with us.

What skills are we looking for :
  • Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction with 5+ years PQE.
  • Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating project contracts, including EPC turnkey contracts, split contracts (TSA + BOP), multi-contract packages, and O&M contracts.
  • In-depth knowledge of FIDIC-based contracts and experience negotiating complex contract terms.
  • Experience supporting a variety of renewable energy projects e.g. wind and solar.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with cross-border experience
  • Commercially minded - Experience working in commercial functions and understanding commercial processes and associated data flows and impacts
  • Available to start immediately
  • Currently based in Singapore
