Job summary

A leading safety organization in Singapore is seeking a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) to manage risk assessments, safety audits, and compliance documentation. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Occupational Safety and Health and at least 2 years of relevant experience in the construction sector. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. This role includes developing safety policies and emergency preparedness plans, contributing to a safer work environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience as a WSHO and ECO in the Construction sector.
• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM.

Responsibilities

• Identify hazards and conduct risk assessments to prevent accidents.
• Support the development of WSH policies and implement the WSH Management System.
• Perform regular site inspections and monitor compliance.
