• Adhere to welding-related environmental regulations
• Collaborate with other construction professionals
• Communicate effectively with team members

• Follow strict safety procedures (PPE)
• Implement safety measures
• Inspect welded joints both visually and using testing methods
• Maintain accurate records of welding activities
• Make necessary adjustments to welding parameters
• Perform routine welding equipment maintenance/repairs
• Perform various welding techniques
• Seek opportunities for skill development/training
• Select the appropriate electrodes, welding process, and materials
• Select/prepare the metal materials for welding
• Set up/adjust welding equipment
• Stay updated on new welding techniques
• Study/interpret construction blueprints and welding symbols
• Troubleshoot welding issues
• Align tiles and straighten them with straightedges, levels and squares to ensure patterns are even and precise
• Cut, install, polish and surface granite and marble and ensure accuracy during the installation process for lasting results
• Prepare various surfaces for tiling with waterproofing material or lath and by cleaning the surfaces properly
• Create decorative wall and floor designs by laying and setting mosaic tiles in kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms
• Tap tiles into place carefully using tools to properly adhere tiles to the base, making sure not to break or damage tiles
• Follow blueprints precisely and mark and measure surfaces that need to be tiled to determine how to go about jobs
• Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
• Monitoring renovation processes, and providing materials and team building sessions are required.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Cut tiles and shape them properly to ensure they fit around obstacles and in tight corners and odd spaces using power and hand tools
• Form tile beds using concrete, plaster, mastic, cement, glue or mortar utilizing tools such as screeds, brushes and trowels
• Prepare Delivery of goods to construction sites.
• Must be physically fit to carry heavy tiles and materials.
