Job summary

Vision Consultancy in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager with plumbing and pipefitting expertise for residential and commercial projects. You will oversee on-site coordination and ensure delivery targets are met.

The role requires at least 5 years in related work, with flexibility for overtime and occasional Sunday work; rest days in lieu are provided. Shortlisted candidates only will be contacted.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in plumbing, pipefitting or construction management.
• Proven ability to coordinate on-site activities across residential and commercial projects.
• Strong leadership, safety, and quality assurance skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise on-site plumbing and pipefitting works across multiple sites.
• Liaise with subcontractors, clients and site management to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with standards.
• Monitor safety, quality, and progress; manage day-to-day site operations.

Company deals with Plumbing & Pipefitting work for commercial projects and are looking at expanding our work force.

Looking to hire an Experienced Project Manager with ample experience relating to Plumbing & Pipefitting works for residential and commercial projects.

The applicant would be required to have at least 5 years of related experience in the related works.

The primary role of the applicant would be able to handle the overall coordination for on site works

Due to the nature of work being in the construction industry, occasional overtime work and occasional work on Sundays would be required. Rest days in lieu would be provided.
