The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting construction activities, including site setup, installation works, quality checks, and assisting engineers and supervisors in ensuring projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.

This position requires hands‑on technical ability, strong teamwork, and a proactive approach to solving site‑related challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, installation, and maintenance of construction systems and structures.
• Support engineers and site supervisors with daily technical and operational tasks.
• Conduct site measurements, leveling, and basic layout work according to drawings and instructions.
• Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and light equipment safely.
• Inspect and prepare materials, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair work when required.
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and free from safety hazards.
• Adhere strictly to workplace safety standards and wear proper PPE at all times.
• Record and report daily progress, site issues, and material usage to the supervisor.
• Assist in coordination between different trades and subcontractors on‑site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent in Construction, Building Services, Civil, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in construction, site coordination, or technical support is an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, tools, and safety requirements.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual and technical tasks in various site conditions.
