Job Description

• To supervise the workers in safe and proper execution of all trackwork related installations.
• To ensure installation works carried out according to method statements and design.
• Oversees workers who place forms for molding concrete, install reinforcing steel, and convey, pour, finish, and cure concrete.
• To plan and maintain the logistic access in support of all trackwork activities.
• Directs workers who spread, vibrate, screed, and float concrete to ensure that concrete is compacted to desired consistency and surface is finished to specified uniformity and smoothness.
• Examines concrete, after forms are stripped, and gives instruction to workers to repair defects, such as roughness and honeycombed appearance.
• To plan and maintain the logistic access in support of all trackwork concreting activities.
• To organise and facilitate the conduct of daily toll box meeting.
• To ensure proper documentation of worker’s hours and to optimise worker deployment to balance productivity without compromising workers’ rest.
• To manage the storage, issuance and accountability of tools and materials in the daily construction activities.
• To ensure a safe workplace and instil a strong of safety awareness amongst the foremen and workers.
• To promote the spirit of continual improvement in EHS amongst the workers.
• To maintain the tools in good condition.

Job Requirement
