Job description

To assist the project Manager in managing a construction site in its day to day poerations .

• Familiar with structural or architectural works or wet work ( plastering, brickworks)


• Familiar with external works, etc,


• Develop a work schedule for workers


• Supervise all construction workers


• Solve disputes between workers


• To carry out inspection of workers'personal protection equipment and safety gear in order toadhere to the company's safety policies.


• Be the liaison between cinstruction workers and supervisors


• Report on progress to managers,engineers etc.

Requirements

• Proven experience as construction foreman In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines


• Min 2 Years of relevant working experience


• Understand the performance fo tiles and have rich experience in tile laying


• Shift work and weekend duty is required
