Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations, including workers’ attendance, performance, training courses, and work discipline.
• Communicate effectively in English with main contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Lead and guide workers to ensure projects progress smoothly and resolve any hurdles on-site.
• Interpret and understand construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
