Job description

• Site Supervision and Coordination
  Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is carried out according to project specifications, drawings, and safety standards. Coordinate tasks among subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to meet project timelines.
• Liaison with Main Contractors and Stakeholders
  Communicate effectively in English with main contractors, consultants, and clients to relay site progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Quality and Safety Management
  Monitor workmanship and material quality on-site; enforce workplace safety and health standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Progress Monitoring and Reporting
  Track work schedules, inspect site conditions, and prepare daily or weekly progress reports for management review.
• Workforce and Resource Management
  Supervise and deploy workers efficiently, manage attendance and productivity, and coordinate material deliveries to avoid delays.
