A construction company in Singapore is seeking a Supervisor to manage daily activities of workers, conduct safety inspections, and ensure projects are executed as per plan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training new workers and monitoring productivity, ensuring a safe working environment while liaising with various parties involved in projects.

Job Description

• To direct the daily activities of workers under his supervision. Brief the foremen and workers for every new job and monitor the progress with regular check to ensure satisfactory quality.
• Regular checking of material, equipment and tools to ensure no stoppages.
• Provide training & briefing to all new workers
• Regular check on workers’ punctuality and be aware of the accommodation & transport arrangement.
• Monitor the productivity of each worker based on work done.
• Supervise the progression of projects and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan
• To perform daily site safety inspections and ensure that all works are carried out in a safe manner and environment.
• Liaise with the relevant parties such as Main-contractors, Consultants, Sub-contractors, etc
• To participate in meetings when required
• Perform other duties and tasks assign by the Management
