Job Description

As a Construction Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure work is carried out safely, on time, and according to project specifications. You’ll coordinate between subcontractors, suppliers, and the project manager, ensuring quality workmanship and smooth site progress for small to medium-sized construction or renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all site activities to ensure progress and quality meet project requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure timely completion of work.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with building regulations.
• Monitor materials, equipment, and manpower usage to prevent delays or wastage.
• Report daily site progress, issues, and updates to the Project Manager or Director.
• Resolve technical and site issues promptly with practical solutions.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) and BCA requirements.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities when required.
• Oversee site housekeeping, safety signage, and proper storage of tools and materials.

Job Requirements

• Experience: At least 2–3 years of working experience in construction or renovation site supervision (preferably with a main or small contractor in Singapore). Familiar with small-scale A&A works, interior fit-out, or landed housing projects.
• Skills & Attributes: Good understanding of structural, architectural, and M&E coordination.
  Strong leadership and communication skills with workers and subcontractors.
  Able to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
  Hands-on, independent, and proactive in solving site issues.
  Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, WhatsApp reporting, etc.).
• Other: Able to work 6 days/week or as required by project schedule.
