Responsibilities:

• Supervise & manage construction site
• Able to assume leadership role and coordinate construction team, subcons and vendors
• Able to work under pressure, delivering quality work under strict deadlines
• Oversee construction project from start to finish, ensuring timely completion according to work schedule
• Inspect construction sites regularly, ensuring correct safety procedures
• Communicate and work closely with clients, architects, engineers to ensure their needs are met
• Able to solve problems and conflicts without affecting construction work progress
• Maintain and organise detailed construction records, documents, reports
• Able to liaise with project manager to ensure efficient workflow
• Identify cost saving measures and manage expenses without affecting quality
• Able to lead workers to construct according to specified drawings
