A leading manpower consultancy in Singapore seeks an individual responsible for site planning and the supervision of work schedules. The role involves updating daily work statuses, attending coordination meetings, and managing daily activities effectively. Candidates will ensure compliance with safety rules and support the training of probationary workers. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage materials and stock to maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for site planning and supervision of work schedule.
• Updating of daily work status to Planner.
• Attend daily coordination meeting.
• Work closely with Planner on planning future activities.
• Manages the daily activities in an efficient and productive manner.
• Monitors the daily work logs of all assigned subordinates.
• Schedule worker overtime during peak periods or whenever necessary.
• Strictly enforce company and government-dictated work and safety rules.
• Requisition necessary materials and stock replacement parts to ensure continuity of smooth operations.
• Maintain equipment and surrounding areas in sound working order.
• Oversee on-the-job training of probationary workers; ensures adherence to safety policies, procedures, and practices.
