Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project plan, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Assign tasks and provide instructions to workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress, inspect work to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with project manager, engineers, and stakeholders on work schedules, materials, manpower allocation, and project updates.
• Ensure all workers follow safety rules and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain daily site records, such as manpower log, work progress report, and incident report.
• Identify and resolve any site issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings regularly.
